2.A government that reneges on promises made to voters while
campaigning during elections and assumption of power hold
the people hostage with hunger and deprivation by non payment
of wages is worse than an Evans.
3.A government that desire blind obedience to all its orders
even when they are against the constitution and rule of law
is an Evans government.Evans would always hold his
victims captive until they bulk and pay ransom.
3.Any group,whether ethnic,political or religious,that always
insists that blood must flow for it to advance its objectives
is an Evans group.Evans also shed much blood to get desired
results.
4.A petrol attendant that insists you must leave your change
after buying fuel at a filling station because he feels you can part
with the change is an Evans.
5.In the market,the market woman who instead of dishing 10
mudus of beans you purchased but rather chose to cheat by
giving you 9 mudus is an Evans.
6.The housewife who chooses to deprive her huband action in the
other room because he could not afford to pay for one designer
handbag is an Evans.
7.A husband who expects blind obedience from wife even when
he is doing the wrong thing is a big Evans.
8.A blogger who decides to use his forum to dish out lies and to
pull innocent people down is an Evans.
9.Any Oga at the top who uses taxpayers money without
accountabilty is an Evans.
10.A security officer who takes hostages to effect an arrest like
detaining B for crimes committed by A is an Evans.
