California, robberies do occur but the only difference is that the
authorities always and i mean always respond in a matter of minutes.
Nigeria needs a transparent source of leadership in all parts of the
armwd forces and police. Reformation of the police should be taken
seriously; firstly give them a living wage and free education to their
children and healthcare, secondly anyone caught collecting bribe should
get administrative disciplinary action to set example. Thirdly, they
should have competency exams frequently on security matters and lastly
the federal government should allocate funds each fiscal year to provide
them with adequate equipments to perform their job functions accurately
