POLICING OIL PIPELINES IN NIGERIA.SOLUTION?
The policing of oil pipelines in Nigeria is a great cause for concern.Each year there is on the average about 2000 oil pipeline vandalism in Nigeria by theives who steal the product for sale locally and to foreign buyers.It has been very difficult to put in place a full time effective measure to stem the tide.As things stand we are still looking for experts to come up with a solution from countries like Israel,USA,UK,Belgium etc to come forward with the technology to fight this menace.
