HOW TO DIFFUSE A BOMB OR IECD

• In our last post we displayed a picture of a time bomb.Experts have warned that these devices are not to be toyed with.What are the best ways to diffuse such bombs in a remote area without a Bomb Squad in site?How do you disarm a Boko Haram Terrorist whose body has been padded with this kind of an Improvised Explosive Device {IED}?We need opinions from you .Later on we shall bring the views of experts.Thank you.
